هذه الوصفه تعمل على انقاص 3 كيلو في الأسبوع الواحد وكما ذكرنا من قبل أنّه لابد من الاستمرار على الوصفات لتعطى النتيجه المطلوبه ويجب شربه بإنتظام لانه يمنع تكون الدهون وايضا هذه الوصفه تطهّر الجهاز الهضمي من الطفيليات والفطريات والبكتيريا .
طريقة تحضير القرفة والعسل لفقدان الوزن

حضرى ملعقة من القرفة في كوب من الماء المغلي، وأتركيهم في الماء لمدّة نصف ساعه وعندما يبرد الماء المنقوع في القرفة قومى بإضافة 2 معلقه من عسل النحل ثم اشربي نصف كمية المشروب قبل النوم ، وضعي المتبقى منه في الثلاجة وإشربيها في صباح اليوم التالي على الريق. فوائد القرفه من فوائد القرفه انها تتحكم في مستويات الأنسولين وخفض مستويات السكر في الدم،وهذا يجعل حرق السعرات الحرارية اكبر وهذا يساعد بشكل اكبر فى إنقاص الوزن.
