- ثلاثة أرباع الكوب زيت نباتي
- كوبين سكر
- ثلاثة ونصف أكواب طحين
- فنجانان من الماء النقي بدرجة الغليان
- ثلاثة ملاعق طعام من الخل أو النبيذ أو عصير البرتقال
- ستة ملاعق طعام من الكاكاو
- ملعقة صغيرة ملح طعام
- ملعقتين صغيرتين من الفانيليا
- ملعقتين صغيرتين من الصودا (كربونات الصوديوم)
مكونات طبقة الشوكولا الخارجية
- كوب سكر ناعم
- ثلاث ملاعق طعام من الكاكاو
- ملعقة صغيرة من الزيت النباتي
- ملعقة طعام من الماء
طريقة التحضير
1- يحمى الفرن حتى درجة الحرارة 180 مئوية
2- تمزج كل مواد الكيك في وعاء كبير. ومن ثم نضع الخليط في قالب الكيك المدهون بالزبد النباتي والمرشوش بالطحين.
3- نترك الكيك 40 دقيقة في الفرن لينضج.
4- نمزج مواد طبقة الشوكولا الخارجية في وعاء حتى تتجانس تماماً, ويمكن إضافة الماء في حال أردناها أكثر ميوعة.
5- بعد خروج الكيك من الفرن نسكب عليه الشوكولا ويكون جاهزاً….
