السبت\ الأحد جميع أنواع الفواكه (برتقال،تفاح،كثرى،يوسفي،خوخ)ماعدا الموز والمنجا

أما الفطور : خيارتين ، وجزرتين ، وخستين.

الغداء:طبق مشكل من الخضار المسلوقة

العشاء:طبق سلطة خضراء .

الاثنين/ الفطور: فاكهة.

الغداء:طبق خضار

العشاء: طبق فاكهة مشكل أو سلطة خضراء.

الثلاثاء

الفطور:موزتا
الغداء والعشاء: 3 موزات
الأربعاء

الفطور: فاكهة.
الغداء:  سمك مشوي .
العشاء:طبق سلطة خضروات أو فاكهة.

والخميس والجمعة مثل يوم الأربعاء وفي النهاية تحتاج هذه الوصفة إلى عزيمة وقوة إرادة وقوة تحمل للجوع .
