5 كوب دقيق

كوب ونصف ماء

ملعقه صغيره ملح
خميره بيره + ملعقه سكر
ربع كوب زيت
سمسم مغسول وناشف
الطريقه
ندعك الخميره مع السكر إلي أن تسيل
ونضع عليها نصف كوب ماء دافئ ونتركها تخمر
نعجن البقسماط بطريقه سهله
نحضر طبق غويط ونضع فية الخميره والماء المذكور في المقدار والزيت والملح ونخلطهم جيدا
ونضع الدقيق تدريجيا و اكمل العجن حتي تتكون عجينة متماسكة ونتركهافى مكان دافى حتي يتضاعف حجمها
ثم أشكلها إما ببرمها أصابع طويله أو أصل الأطراف مكونه كعكه
أرش السمسم علي وجه الكعك أو أدحرج أصابع البقسماط علي السمسم
مهم ترك البقسماط يخمر تانية ويتضاعف مرة أخري
أخبز في فرن متوسط الحراره .. حتي يتحمص البقسماط
